The myPISD.net services consist of server-based software applications provided under license by Plano ISD. Connection to myPISD.net is the responsiblity of each family based on agreements made individually with Internet Service Providers. Plano ISD assumes no responsibility for the reliability and availability of those services which can affect home use of myPISD.net services.

Before contacting the myPISD.net Help Desk for support, please perform the suggested troubleshooting of your high-speed Internet access as provided by your network provider. The myPISD.net Help Desk is not configured to assist with DSL, wireless broadband, cable-modem or satellite-delivered high-speed services. You may need to refer to the user agreement from your service provider to determine methods and times of contact for assistance.

Any user account questions (e.g. password change or network authentication) or questions regarding software application problems should be directed to the myPISD.net Help Desk.
